Privacy Policy

TrainTrack LLC ("TrainTrack," "we," "us") operates the TrainTrack mobile app and the usetraintrack.ai website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact info — name, phone number, and email address when you join the waitlist, sign up, or contact us.
• Account info — the workouts, meals, and goals you log inside the app.
• Device info — basic technical data (device type, OS version, app version) used for debugging and support.

How we use it

• To create and run your account and sync your data across devices.
• To send you text messages and emails you've opted into — launch updates, account verification codes, and product updates.
• To improve the app and fix problems.
• To respond when you contact us.

SMS & phone number use

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we use it to send account verification codes (one-time passcodes) and, if you agree separately, early-access and launch updates.

• Your mobile number and opt-in status are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• We use a messaging provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these messages on our behalf — they do not use your number for their own marketing.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share your data with advertisers.
• We don't post anything you log publicly without your explicit action to do so.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers (including Supabase) using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

• You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data entirely, by emailing us below.
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can delete your account directly inside the app.

Children

TrainTrack is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where required, notify you directly.
